Sales Operations’ Sales Planning team is now looking for a

Sales Planner
We are looking for a candidate that enjoys the forecasting process and is constantly eager to raise the forecast accuracy. We expect you to be agile, detail oriented and have a good commercial understanding. You’ll have the opportunity to work internationally with a diverse organization including sales, marketing, product management, operations, S&OP and finance. You are open towards change and enjoy working in an environment that challenges you daily.

What are you going to do?
• Ensure good stakeholder management; through co-operation and active communication you’ll contribute to excellent alignment between key departments
• Facilitate bottom-up sales forecasting together with sales through 1:1 meetings that are held on a monthly basis
• Ensure the sales input to S&OP process alignment
• Demand follow-up & historical data analysis
• Implementation of S&OP meeting decisions locally
• Communicating to sales on a weekly basis regarding availability; such as campaigns, novelties and A items
• Commercial understanding and therefore being able to reflect these understandings back into the forecasted figures
• Projects within Planning organization that can help create efficiency and better alignment between sales and financial figures

As a sales planner we expect that you have the following knowledge and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or similar experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in planning/forecasting
• Strong technical skills in Excel
• Distinctive analytical skills combined with a business-oriented mindset
• Fluent English as it is our main working language, Danish skills is a definite plus
